Absolutely amazing meal. Haute cuisine, Chettinad style. Have rarely had food this good. All vegan of course. Stuffed lady's fingers with tomato chutney, tandoori tomato soup, stuffed baby aubergines and a daal and fried unknown veg with rice. Absolutely delicious!! This hotel totally lives up to the hype on the Lonely Planet guide!
