Oh dear, this vitamix thing could lead to serious overeating, but it's all healthy stuff.... 3 minute ice cream. Frozen banana and frozen mixed berries with a splash of vanilla.... Too easy, feels like cheating! ;-)

Tomatoes, celery, carrots, spring onions, red bell pepper, garlic, bird's eye chilli, basil veggie stock cube and a bit of water. All whole, just rinsed and chucked in the vitamix. 5 minures later I had warm soup. I'm in love!
