Using some of the finds from the Chinese supermarket: fresh galangal and lemongrass as the base for a Thai style curry with mushrooms, red pepper, spinach, baby corn, bean sprouts, aubergine and coconut milk. Served with Thai red cargo rice, don't ask, no idea, but it's red, and nice... B-)

Quick post gym fix: steamed gyoza, miso soup with seaweed and.... Sriracha! Managed a decent number of reps on the bench press with 50kgs. Very chuffed. I love progress - hard work does pay back. Might not be able to move tomorrow, but hey... B-)
